What about my data?

• By default, we do not share any of your personal data, including your FormScores, with your employer. Full Stop. Period.

• Your team's average score is based on aggregate FormScores and individual scores are in no way identifiable.

• Although some personal data are processed in our system, namely your email address, they are encrypted.
