1. In the left Navigation Menu in Microsoft Teams, click on the Apps Button.

2. Search for ‘FormScore’

3. Select FormScore app from the list. When prompted > click Add

4. Set up your profile: Type your work email and name and select your team

5. Log your first score

6. Make the most of your 1-month free trial!
