"Solid Ground" by Kate Phipps

We are super proud of this collaboration with poet and qualified therapist, Kate Phipps.

Each week we will set a piece of her work, beautifully read by Kate herself, to video with the sounds of nature and emotive music as an accompaniment. The aim of these sessions is to give you a moment to pause and to be inspired by the words of Kate.
