FormScore Wellbeing Diagnostic for Global Mobility
Helping you understand how the wellbeing and performance of your international movers is affected by their relocation
-
What
Using the FormScore for Global Mobility diagnostic tool, we will conduct a real-time evaluation of the work and personal factors impacting the wellbeing, effectiveness, and commitment of your international movers.
This innovative, easy, and quick-to-use tool will help you, and your overseas counterparts, identify the challenges facing your international population in real time and identify what you can do to provide them with the support that they need.
-
Why
To ensure that the limited resource within your global mobility team can cut through the noise and identify the real issues impacting the effectiveness and commitment of your international movers.
To identify the often-unanticipated challenges, such as cultural and language difficulties, as well as the expectations of families and partners, and then provide the right support at the right time.
To ensure that the international movers stay connected with your business and have an easy way to provide feedback and ask for help, which will help to optimise the success of the move.
-
How
We use the FormScore for Global Mobility diagnostic Check-in tool to measure the wellbeing, effectiveness, and commitment of international movers in real-time, with instant feedback on the results.
We use this information to provide insight to you regarding the work and personal factors that are impacting these aspects of performance.
We provide a report based on each survey, to shine the light on what is working well, and make recommendations as to what you should do next to address any concerns and maximise the opportunities for international movers to perform at their optimal level.
We recommend geographically / population-specific follow-up questions to ensure that challenges have been addressed.
We deliver a workshop with the Senior (People) Leadership Team to give genuine insights into what is impacting wellbeing and performance readiness with concrete recommendations to mitigate against the limiting factors.
The concept of Formscore for Global Mobility has been developed in collaboration with Fathers & Lavan
Fathers & Lavan was founded by Clive Fathers and Sarah Lavan in early 2023.
Having spent most of their careers as global mobility tax partners in large accountancy firms they decided that they wanted to develop something new and exciting for the marketplace, combining their knowledge of global mobility with their passion for coaching and wellbeing.
As accredited coaches, they were intrigued to explore how coaching could be harnessed to improve the experience of all global mobility stakeholders, including members of the mobility team, the movers themselves, and other professionals within the global mobility industry.
Sarah and Clive work with all stakeholders to ensure that the move is as effective as possible, both in terms of costs as well as ensuring an excellent experience for all stakeholders.
They also advise on how to develop, maintain, and evolve global mobility policies, with a specific focus on ensuring the wellbeing of international movers and the teams who make it all happen.
It is with this element in mind that Formscore and Fathers & Lavan joined forces to develop Formscore for Global Mobility.
