Fuel stimulus by allowing yourself the space to reflect and to think.
Reflect. Wellbeing is a journey, and it's a bit of trial and error. The reflection period allows us to think of what works for us, so that we can invest more of our time, effort and resource in pursuing the drivers of form that work for us.
Create the space to recover. This makes your wellbeing efforts more effective and allows learnings to sink in.
And don't beat yourself up. Be kind to yourself along the way.
The nourishment and recovery parts of wellbeing are linked, in terms of creating space to both prioritise your wellbeing but also to reflect on what is, and isn't, working, and then you can grow.
