Jen Fisher is a leader in Deloitte’s Purpose Office, driving the research, eminence, and innovation around human sustainability, which supports the long-term, collective well-being of individuals, organisations, climate, and society. She aims to position Deloitte as a leading voice on the intersection of work, well-being, and purpose.

Previously, Jen served as Deloitte’s first-ever chief well-being officer and evolved the US organisations health and wellness program into a first-of-its-kind holistic and inclusive well-being strategy.

She’s also a TEDx speaker, co-author of the bestselling, award-winning book, Work Better Together: How to Cultivate Strong Relationships to Maximize Well-Being and Boost Bottom Lines, Editor-at-Large for Thrive Global, and host of the WorkWell podcast series.
