Introducing the Discover menu

We’re excited to announce the new Discover menu in the FormScore app. This wellness library is packed with tips, articles, music playlists, and carefully curated products we trust and want to share with you.

The content is personalised for you, and driven by the scores and drivers of form that lower your score the most.

  • The FormScore tips come with actionable steps to help you improve or maintain your form.

  • FormScore articles help you dive deeper into each Driver of Form through content and further tips.

  • The playlists recommended are relaxing, or uplifting based on your current score.

  • The handpicked products have been tried and tested by the FormScore team and we share how they helped us and why we recommend them.

How to make the most of the Discover menu

  1. To browse the resources, navigate to the ‘Discover’ tab

  2. The personalised resources are based on the drivers of Form that lower your score the most.

  3. If not much content appears for you, remember to select a driver of form when you log your score. This will help populate the Discover tab with content that’s relevant to you.

    1. To see all the categories (aka ‘Drivers of Form’ e.g Work, Sleep, Exercise), scroll down through the list

    2. To browse different resources (Tips, Articles, Music, Products) in each category, swipe left

    3. To view all the resources for a specific driver of form, scroll towards the bottom of the page, Browse by driver section and click on a driver. You can then filter by the type of resource.

  4. Click on a resource to read more about it, and scroll to the bottom of the tip/article/product to save it.

  5. To revisit resources you saved navigate to the Discover tab > Saved

  6. Saving different resources that resonate with you, will help you build a personalised wellbeing toolkit over time.
