Intent

It's time to get intentional.

The most important statistic is 1:1.

One in One (1:1) of us have mental health. And if the pandemic has shown us anything, that is one hundred percent of us, will know what it is like to struggle with our mental wellbeing.

If we accept we have wellbeing and mental health, we can influence it.

And how do we influence it?

  • By being intentional.

  • By asking the question "How am I today?".

  • By reflecting on the drivers of form and trying to improve drivers that cause a low FormScore.

Being intentional about our wellbeing can help us spend more time in high FormScore and thrive more often.
